REDOX LABS 

I have recently  joined the above labs,that trains unemployed young men for placement at the entry level  in pharmaceutical industry on the completion of 3 months training. # Mr.P.Durga Prasad,who studied bsc applied chemistry at sds autonomous college GARIVIDI during 1991-1994 is the dynamic founder managing director. I am trying to inculcate in the trainees the following ten core life skills identified by W.H.O. 

1) self awareness

2)empathy

3)creative thinking

4)critical thinking

5)decision making

6)problem solving

7)inter personal relationship

8)effective communication

9)coping with stress

10)coping with emotions.

IT'S COMMENDABLE THAT REDOX IS A PIONEER AND THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND IN THE COUNTRY AS ON TODAY, PROVIDING SKILLED PERSONNEL TO THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
